Mindfulness Training Group (public)

The mindfulness training workshops and regular practice groups are designed to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and find resources to cope with challenges in life. You can choose among various mindfulness training programs developed by the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation to cater to the needs of your group, including Introducing Mindfulness, MBCT for Life, Finding Peace in a Frantic World, and Deeper Mindfulness. The training programs are designed to meet the needs of participants with different levels of experience and goals in learning mindfulness.

Mindfulness Training Group (organization)

Mindful Practice groups for medical/ nursing students and frontline healthcare staff can be offered through organizational collaboration.

Audio and reading materials for the training programs will be provided for home practice. These resources are designed to empower you with practical tools and techniques that you can easily incorporate into your everyday life, guiding your journey toward inner peace.

Individual Mindfulness Training

If your schedule does not allow you to have the flexibility to join a mindfulness group, the individual online mindfulness training program is available for you to explore your personal needs for physical and emotional wellbeing.

Audio and reading materials will be provided for home practice.

Duration: 50 mins per session. 3-6 weeks, to be reviewed during the intake meeting

Therapeutic Harp Music Group

Indulge in the soothing resonance of therapeutic harp music. The regular deep relaxation practices will help regulate the stress response mechanism and recalibrate your mind and body.

Online Therapeutic Harp Music Session

A therapeutic soundscape of harp music creates a healing atmosphere to ease pain, anxiety, and sleep disturbance and promote wellbeing and peace. The music is offered to correspond to the immediate needs of the recipient, as reflected in their resonance tone, breathing pattern, and mood state. The therapeutic harp music will provide a "cradle of sound" to enhance physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. The online harp music sessions are suitable for clients in pre-operation, cancer recovery, rehabilitation, or hospice care settings.

*For online sessions, the client needs to prepare the proper gadgets (e.g., iPad/laptop); cell phones are not preferred.

Individual Interactive Harp Music Session

An interactive harp-playing session for you to learn the basic skills of using the harp to express yourself and be in touch with your emotions.

Until We Meet Again – Therapeutic Harp Music for Your Beloved Pet (online)

Preparing to say goodbye is always challenging for any pet parent. Therapeutic harp music can support the transition of your beloved furry family member in a peaceful atmosphere.

For online sessions, the client needs to prepare the proper gadgets (e.g., iPad/laptop); cell phones are not preferred.
